What does a trade fair photographer at it-sa 2026 cost?
There are three transparent packages: Compact (€390 + VAT, up to 2 hrs), half show day (€750 + VAT, up to 4 hrs) and full show day (€1,500 + VAT, up to 8 hrs). Each additional hour is €150, travel within Nuremberg/Erlangen/Fürth €35 flat. All packages include commercial image rights and delivery within five business days — no hidden image flat-rates.
When will I receive the images?
You receive the complete, retouched gallery within five business days. On request, an express first selection is available on the show evening for an additional fee — ideal so your team can post during the running it-sa.
Are commercial image rights included?
Yes, in every package. You may use the images commercially without limit in time, place and purpose: website, social media, catalogue, ads, booth construction, press. No re-licensing, no tiered pricing by use case, no follow-up charge the next year.
How discreetly do you photograph in the security environment?
Very. it-sa is a sensitive environment — I work unobtrusively and considerately. Confidential screen content, visitor badges or conversation details are only captured after agreement. You stay in control of what is photographed at all times.
What about people and data protection in the image?
The focus is on your team and your booth. Wherever possible I keep uninvolved visitors out of frame and choose motifs in a GDPR-aware way. On request I coordinate in advance with your communications or legal department.
Does the photographer need accreditation?
Usually an exhibitor pass via your booth is enough. Alternatively I arrange press/photographer accreditation with you in advance — that is routine and quickly done.
How many images do I get?
There is no artificial limit. You receive all successful shots from the booked period in edited, ready-to-use quality — from a compact selection to a full day of reportage, depending on the package.
I'm a booth builder and only need booth images — is that possible?
Yes. For booth builders there is booth photography from €390 + VAT: up to six carefully composed images of your finished booth including high-end retouching — ideal for references and portfolio.
Is video available too?
Yes. On request I additionally produce social media clips, a short image film or a detailed trade fair film of your appearance. Just ask and I'll calculate it to match the photo session.
Do you also photograph talks, evening events and receptions?
Yes — keynotes and forums as well as booth parties, VIP receptions and evening events around it-sa. The evening dates in particular thrive on atmospheric pictures.
Can I book only individual hours?
Yes. The Compact package covers two hours; each additional hour is €150. This way the assignment can be tailored precisely to your booth programme.
How short-notice can I book?
Very short-notice — sometimes still during the running show. Just call or message via WhatsApp; if a slot is free, I'll be there.
